Wellinks is a digital healthcare company focused on improving cardiopulmonary and chronic respiratory care through a Predictive Patient Care model. It delivers virtual COPD management and pulmonary rehabilitation by combining remote patient monitoring (including wearable sensors from its Spire acquisition), at-home vital-tracking equipment, one-on-one clinical coaching, and virtual care workflows for health plans and providers. Wellinks partners with payers and health systems to reduce hospitalizations and ER visits, lower costs, and expand access to personalized respiratory care.

📋 Description

• Own product initiatives from discovery through development, launch, measurement, and ongoing iteration • Translate business and clinical needs into product requirements, workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Partner with Engineering to evaluate technical approaches, dependencies, tradeoffs, and sequencing • Work with Clinical and Operations teams to understand pain points and improve workflows • Define product KPIs and use quantitative and qualitative data to prioritize initiatives and measure performance • Manage and prioritize the product roadmap and backlog across platform capabilities, integrations, automation, and user-facing workflows • Coordinate cross-functional product launches, testing, documentation, implementation, and stakeholder communication • Identify opportunities to improve clinician efficiency, member engagement, enrollment, and the overall member experience • Support scalable solutions for current business needs and future platform growth • Collaborate with Data teams on measurement, reporting, and data-informed product decisions • Communicate product priorities, requirements, progress, risks, and outcomes to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Evaluate existing products and workflows and recommend improvements based on feedback, data, and organizational needs • Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience • 5+ years of experience in product management, technical product management, engineering, or a related role • Demonstrated experience working closely with software engineering teams • Experience defining product requirements and managing software products through development and delivery • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills • Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Previous experience in healthcare, digital health, virtual care, or healthcare technology • Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, EHR integrations, healthcare APIs, or other healthcare interoperability technologies • Experience developing or managing AI-enabled products, workflow automation, or AI-supported operational tools • Experience working with clinical, patient/member, or healthcare operational workflows • Technical background in software engineering, data, systems engineering, or a related field • Experience working with remote patient monitoring, chronic care management, or other healthcare technology platforms
