📋 Description

• Own product strategy and roadmap for Ping’s Orchestration SDK across Web, iOS, Android, and Hybrid frameworks • Turn complex IAM capabilities into highly adoptable developer tools • Partner with technical documentation and developer relations teams on documentation, quick-start guides, and sample apps • Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management teams to align SDK capabilities with platform releases • Engage customers, partner engineers, and the open-source community to gather requirements and developer insights • Translate feedback into a prioritized backlog • Write technical blog posts, participate in developer forums, and create SDK-related content • Manage the product lifecycle from concept to release • Maintain the product backlog and define success metrics such as SDK adoption and integration time • Monitor app development trends, cross-platform frameworks, and identity standards • Incorporate AI-focused approaches for human and agent-first development • Assess and improve Ping’s developer experience holistically

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience • Hands-on experience building software • Solid understanding of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, and FIDO/WebAuthn • Experience using AI-assisted software development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex, or similar • Understanding of how AI coding agents interact with SDKs, APIs, documentation, and developer tooling • Ability to translate complex architectural concepts into clear product requirements • Experience defining and executing product roadmaps based on market trends, competitive analysis, and customer feedback • Experience managing a product backlog in an agile environment • Experience using client-side SDKs and REST APIs is an advantage • Exposure to or strong interest in agentic infrastructure tools, AI software development loops, and MCP is an advantage
