📋 Description

• Define and execute IT programs supporting Stat & Tax functions • Monitor key metrics to ensure milestones are delivered on time and on budget • Support large-scale enterprise transformation projects • Define system capabilities, business rationale, and value delivery • Work with application, data, governance, and business stakeholders • Drive alignment and adoption across disparate business units and ERP teams without direct authority • Engage, advise, and present to senior leadership • Translate complex technical and experience metrics into actionable business narratives • Create learning content, give presentations, and support continuous learning • Manage relationships with managed-services and software providers supporting Tax applications • Ensure operational SLAs are met and product roadmaps are understood and influenced • Mentor, coach, and develop product managers and analysts • Establish the long-term vision and roadmap prioritization for the Tax ecosystem • Develop business cases for automation and AI capabilities • Align DT and business-unit ERP teams on ERP changes required by tax initiatives or compliance • Identify and eliminate manual process bottlenecks and technical debt • Oversee data architecture strategy for tax reporting, compliance, accuracy, and auditability • Lead change management and adoption of Tax tools • Partner with ERP teams on ERP simplification • Standardize tools and processes for Tax DT systems • Own Tax DT communication strategy and stakeholder engagement • Identify and promote high-impact AI use cases • Conduct empathy-led discovery sessions with Tax stakeholders • Track program and run KPIs and develop corrective action plans • Surface insights from application usage and industry trends • Manage the full product lifecycle from strategy and inception through retirement • Advise senior management on Tax systems health, productivity, and risks • Prepare executive briefings and support high-level DT strategy shifts • Lead high-visibility, cross-organizational projects and achieve buy-in without direct authority

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent knowledge or experience, in Computer Science or STEM majors with significant experience • 12+ years of experience in IT/DT • At least 5 years in complex Finance systems, Tax technology, or ERP transformation programs • Experience with SAP, Oracle, or tax engine implementations • Proven track record of setting targets, executing plans, and delivering results • Ability to plan and provide structure in a fast-paced, changing environment • Ability to manage risk and uncertainty • Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills • Ability to decompose problems and make decisions when problems or solutions are not fully defined • Ability to evaluate products and processes for compliance • Ability to measure trends and take action • Ability to interact at all organizational levels and with GE businesses and partners • Experience leading and influencing across a complex, global matrix organization • Ability to identify and remove project obstacles • Critical thinking and disciplined approaches to resolving issues and defining solutions • Analytical skills and use of best practices • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Ability to interface with senior leadership with confidence and clarity • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
