📋 Description

• Serve as product lead in Agile/Scrum software development • Define Epics, Features, and User Stories • Participate in Kaizen and Sprint processes • Manage cost, feature, and schedule tradeoffs throughout the development cycle • Interface with clinical domain experts, Product Directors, program management, and application development teams • Prioritize product fixes and enhancements based on customer input • Work with developers and QA Engineers to produce and test new features and fixes • Become product and subject-matter expert for a portfolio of clinical protocol products • Transform business objectives and domain-specific marketing requirements into actionable engineering stories • Participate in take-to-market strategy, roll-outs, pilot program assessment, field operations, documentation, and product road-mapping • Collaborate with clinical product management, technical leads, and architecture leads on product concepts and technology roadmaps

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred • 5 years of Agile enterprise software development experience • 3 years of Requirements Analysis or Clinical Analyst experience • Experience working with systems of complex workflows and configurations • Experience with healthcare information systems and clinical user experience • Experience writing requirements for a software application • Experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies • Experience defining Epics, Features, and User Stories • Experience with requirements prioritization and software product development • Experience working with clinical domain experts, Product Directors, program management, application development teams, developers, and QA Engineers
