📋 Description

• Own assigned AgileSec capabilities through the full product lifecycle, from discovery and planning through release and adoption • Gather and synthesize customer feedback, market trends, competitive intelligence, and product usage insights • Identify opportunities and prioritize investments • Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog with engineering and product leadership • Partner with engineering teams to evaluate feasibility, manage delivery risks, and ensure successful execution • Monitor product adoption, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes to guide roadmap decisions • Champion customer-centric design and usability across AgileSec workflows • Partner with UX and engineering teams to simplify complex security workflows • Participate in customer meetings, discovery sessions, design reviews, and roadmap discussions • Ensure customer-facing communications accurately reflect product capabilities, lifecycle status, and approved commitments • Support release readiness, documentation reviews, product launches, and go-to-market activities • Collaborate with partner and alliance teams on integrations with enterprise security platforms • Contribute to cryptographic risk management and post-quantum cryptography initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role in product management • Strong understanding of product development processes and agile methodologies • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Intellectual curiosity and ability to learn new tools, technologies, and concepts independently • Comfort engaging with technical concepts such as PKI, cryptography, or enterprise security software • Ability to work across Linux, Windows, and Kubernetes environments • Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Up to 10% travel time required
