📋 Description

• Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap • Own backlog prioritization and requirements management • Serve as the primary liaison between executive leadership, customers, operations, and engineering • Translate business needs into actionable user stories and technical requirements • Participate in architecture, integration, API, and solution design discussions • Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release management • Assist with technical analysis, troubleshooting, and proof-of-concept efforts • Drive customer feedback collection and support ticket analysis for continuous product improvement • Own product strategy, stakeholder engagement, prioritization, and roadmap execution for the development organization • Contribute to technical documentation and product development success • Balance strategic thinking with technical depth and drive product excellence from concept through delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of Product Management, Technical Product Management, Business Analysis, Software Engineering, or related experience • Experience delivering enterprise software products • Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies • Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Great organizational skills • Healthcare technology experience • Familiarity with the Java and Spring Boot ecosystem • Experience with REST APIs, SQL, Azure, and microservices • Understanding of HIPAA, SOC 2, and security best practices • Healthcare interoperability knowledge is a plus
