📋 Description

• Lead planning and delivery of custom software solutions for enterprise clients • Establish strategic roadmaps, product vision, and backlogs • Partner with clients in performing the Product Owner role • Facilitate requirements gathering and analysis • Document requirements as Features and User Stories • Create delivery plans with teams and clients to achieve project objectives and business value • Provide support, guidance, and mentorship to Product Delivery Team colleagues • Drive innovation and adoption of AI tooling in product development and delivery • Contribute to continuous improvement and the practitioner community • Help craft future product offerings and client engagement options • Lead product development activities for strategic client pursuits • Present solution vision proposals to client executives • Support client satisfaction efforts with account executives • Establish client technology roadmaps • Collaborate with architects and engineers to vet technical feasibility • Communicate technology topics to clients and establish trust • Execute established delivery plans • Communicate technical and business requirements to delivery teams • Collaborate with senior delivery team members to solve complex challenges • Communicate project status, risks, and changes • Manage project delivery using Agile methods • Adapt Agile principles to client maturity and improve Agile practices • Own backlog health and proactively communicate deviations from expected value delivery • Act as a servant leader to the delivery team

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager • Experience delivering custom enterprise software solutions across varied technologies, platforms, and hosting paradigms • Experience crafting cost estimates for components or entire projects • Strong technical writing, verbal communication, and presentation skills • Experience liaising between agile development teams and users to define requirements, perform business analysis, and drive delivery • Experience utilizing AI tools in product development, product delivery, or project management • Solid understanding of websites, web applications, APIs, databases, and cloud functionality • Strong technical background to provide credible leadership to development teams and evaluate complex project risks and issues • Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach • Expert knowledge of Agile principles and software development life cycle models • Experience with agile work organization tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Trello, Basecamp, or Rally • Proven track record implementing custom web application projects using Agile methodologies • Experience with scope, schedule, budget, and risk management • Ability to accommodate occasional travel to client sites • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future • Ability to clear a criminal background check prior to employment • Nice-to-have: industry-recognized Agile process certification such as PMI-ACP, CSM, CSPO, PAL, SAFe, or equivalent • Nice-to-have: industry-recognized project management certification such as PMP or equivalent • Nice-to-have: Microsoft Azure certifications AZ-900, DP-900, or AI-900 • Nice-to-have: experience with .NET, SQL Server, Azure, React, Angular, or Vue.js
