📋 Description

• Lead the technical realization and execution of the roadmap for an AI-powered, context-aware Tier 1 HQIM learning pathways ecosystem. • Own the technical product lifecycle for the AI curation engine, external data ingestion pipelines, and adaptive recommendation algorithms. • Collaborate with product management, engineering architecture, UX/LD, research, and data analysis teams within the Learning Intelligence Infrastructure framework. • Build a dynamic system bridging data between supplemental curricula, core curricula, and assessment systems. • Support the platform engineering roadmap and contribute technical specifications for interoperability and identity workflows. • Serve as Technical Product PM Lead and operational partner for the Learning Intelligence Infrastructure Initiative. • Translate architectural requirements, learner profiles, and data requirements into executable platform roadmaps. • Translate interoperability, report metrics, and data mappings into technical product backlogs. • Facilitate alignment across design, curriculum/content integration, and technical teams to deliver accurate, explainable, privacy-aware systems. • Define use cases, success criteria, guardrails, and phased implementation plans for AI-powered capabilities. • Analyze outcomes and support decisions on technical enhancements to learner profiles, recommendation systems, and predictive growth models. • Own technical product management planning and execution, bridging business goals with technical solutions. • Build platform capability roadmaps, broker product decisions, and establish iterative objectives. • Clarify business use cases and translate ambiguous stakeholder needs into product requirements. • Coordinate cross-department involvement and organize feedback. • Incorporate customer questions, suggestions, and issues into product backlogs and improvement plans. • Identify and coordinate responses to program and delivery risks.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in technology, engineering, business, or related discipline. • 7+ years of technical product management experience, with at least 3+ years specifically leading data science initiatives using machine learning or deeply algorithmic data products. • Ability to provide highly credible leadership with engineering teams translating technical schemas and system architecture into product specifications, roadmaps, and integration sequencing. • Implemented agentic AI systems for customer-facing product experiences. • Direct experience integrating data between platforms collaborating with cross-functional governance structures to support data quality standards, metadata validation, and interoperability policies. • Demonstrated ability to write concise technical requirements and documentation. • Ability to distill concise, complete, and actionable communications to resolve complex and technical decisions. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to motivate and lead across organizational boundaries/titles, applying persuasion, negotiation, and compromise to resolve conflict. • Ability to adapt to changes in business objectives and priorities in a fast-growing company. • Results- and action-oriented lifelong learner. • Reliable cable or fiber-optic broadband internet connection with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload if working remotely. • Ability to actively participate in video-based interviews and ongoing virtual meetings with camera on. • Must not use note-taking tools, reference materials, or AI-powered tools during interviews or selection activities unless prior written approval is obtained, subject to accommodation exceptions.
