📋 Description

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments via telehealth. • Provide medication management and follow-up care. • Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans. • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation. • Coordinate care with behavioral health therapists and interdisciplinary teams. • Monitor patient safety, treatment response, and medication effectiveness. • Participate in required clinical meetings and quality improvement activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Active PMHNP-BC certification. • Active, unrestricted New York State Nurse Practitioner license. • Active DEA registration appropriate for prescribing in New York. • MSN or DNP with psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner preparation. • At least 3 years of psychiatric medication prescribing experience as a PMHNP-BC. • New York State residency. • Telepsychiatry experience preferred. • Experience treating children and adolescents ages 5 and older preferred. • Integrated behavioral healthcare experience preferred. • Familiarity with electronic health record systems preferred.
