📋 Description

• Participate in ISRM's AI cross-functional team standing meetings and help track progress against core goals • Recommend support for developing, reviewing, and finalizing responsible AI policies and procedures • Identify and evaluate opportunities to use AI tools to reduce or streamline staff workload across ISRM's field-based programs • Deliver or support education and training on responsible and efficient use of VA-provided AI tools • Coordinate with trainers and subject matter experts as needed • Track and report progress on policy status, workload-reduction initiatives, and training completion/adoption • Conduct organizational studies assessing policies, position/performance plans, and workforce processes • Identify gaps relative to AI integration and modernization goals • Support harmonization and modernization of policy, position, and performance plans related to AI adoption • Conduct surveys, focus groups, and other data collection to assess customer and staff experience with ISRM services and AI adoption efforts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, organizational development, or a related field • 4+ years of experience conducting organizational studies, gap analyses, or program effectiveness assessments • Experience with LLMs, digital health and artificial intelligence tools • Experience developing training materials, guidance documents, or process improvement recommendations • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Teams, and SharePoint • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. • Desired: Experience supporting or participating in cross-functional teams or working groups • Desired: Experience delivering or supporting staff training/education sessions • Desired: Experience conducting surveys, focus groups, or similar data collection methods • Desired: Experience working in a federal, VA, or large healthcare system environment • Desired: Strong facilitation and stakeholder communication skills
