📋 Description

• Support health system transformation, implementation and operations, and healthcare business-enabling services for the Office of Suicide Prevention within the VA/VHA • Support analysis of the efficacy of Emergent Suicide Care benefit implementation so eligible Veterans receive the benefit appropriately • Support full ESCb benefit implementation through standard operating procedures, evaluation of implementation processes, leadership data analysis, and communication artifacts • Conduct research and structured reviews of documentation, policies, procedures, and guidance to evaluate program performance • Conduct organizational assessments and gap analyses, documenting findings and recommendations • Help define and refine project and program requirements, objectives, and strategies • Track deliverables, maintain project artifacts and workplans, and coordinate activities across team members and stakeholders • Present findings, analyses, and proposed solutions in client-facing meetings and working sessions • Coordinate across multidisciplinary, geographically dispersed teams and maintain stakeholder relationships • Perform qualitative analyses of program documentation, data, and stakeholder input • Support quantitative data review and basic metrics development • Prepare and maintain documentation, records, presentations, and analytical deliverables • Build and apply knowledge of complex programmatic, policy, and operational topics

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, healthcare administration, project management, process engineering, business or data analysis, change management, or related fields • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, communications, management, statistics, analytics, finance, or related field • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance • Legal authorization to work in the United States • Strong organizational, prioritization, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with high attention to detail • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Ability to adapt to change, manage ambiguity, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and logically in writing and verbally • Ability to synthesize qualitative information and work with quantitative data and basic metrics • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) and document management best practices • Ability to identify and implement process and workflow improvements • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality • Experience or familiarity with policy implementation in complex organizations and applicable legislative and regulatory requirements • Experience or familiarity with behavioral health, mental health care systems, or suicide prevention and intervention efforts • Prior experience supporting the VA, VHA, and/or a similar federal organization
