📋 Description
• Identify and track various security processing requirements. • Communicate and coordinate clearance requirements. • QA/QC documents for accuracy and completion; request edits and corrections as required; submit documents to the appropriate Government point of contact. • Track and report multi-stage clearance progress from entry to exit.
🎯 Requirements
• 0-2 years work experience in a customer service or related role. • HS diploma/GED • Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance. • Ability to self-manage and work remote/telework. • Strong attention to detail and organization with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, problem-solving, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
