📋 Description

• Serve as the single point of contact for VHA stakeholder requests, contractor performance matters, and SME coordination across the AI Education Hub program • Plan, initiate, execute, monitor, and close out program workstreams and subordinate projects • Develop and maintain integrated master schedules, risk registers, status reports, and corrective action plans • Lead program status meetings with VHA CORs and government stakeholders, presenting progress, metrics, issues, and mitigation strategies • Coordinate cross-functional contractor teams and SMEs supporting AI education content, training delivery, and technology integration • Ensure compliance with federal acquisition regulations, VA information security policies, and applicable VHA directives • Identify and escalate risks affecting contract performance or Veteran-facing outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience planning, initiating, managing, executing, and closing out programs for a large corporation or government agency • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or a related field required • Experience supporting federal agency clients or large-scale government programs • Ability to obtain and maintain a VA Position of Public Trust designation • Eligibility to access VA systems, networks, and facilities under VA security and privacy requirements • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future • Active PMP certification or equivalent certification of comparable rigor and quality required • Prior VA/VHA, digital health, AI/ML, education, workforce transformation, federal health IT governance, acquisition/contracting, or project management platform experience preferred or desired
