• Completed formal training or education, ideally in a business or commercial field. • 2–3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or customer success, with a track record of driving results. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, paired with a persuasive and consultative sales approach. • Entrepreneurial mindset with high motivation, accountability, and a proactive attitude toward achieving targets. • Ability to adapt quickly to emerging technologies, including AI-powered sales tools, to enhance efficiency and performance. • Experience selling CAD software, SaaS solutions, or other technical products in the manufacturing or design industry. • Knowledge of digital sales strategies, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
