📋 Description

• Administer and maintain Salesforce and related systems • Ensure optimal system performance and reliability • Execute configuration changes, including Flows, Process Builder, LWCs, custom fields, page layouts, record types, and dashboards • Manage user access, permissions, and system security • Provide user support and troubleshoot issues within agreed SLA timelines • Partner with Salesforce Administrators and Business Systems Managers on enhancements, data uploads, and best-practice solutions • Prepare code for system updates, releases, and testing while minimizing business disruption • Deliver end-user training and create documentation • Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve scalability through Salesforce features and integrations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a professional setting • Certified Salesforce Administrator credential • Proven ability to configure Salesforce, including Flows, Process Builder, fields, layouts, and dashboards • Experience managing integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications • Strong communication skills for end-user support and training • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment • Demonstrated ability to implement AI for Salesforce administration • Standard working hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time for employees based in the United States • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification preferred • Experience with CPQ solutions preferred • Experience with Experience Cloud or B2B Commerce preferred • General understanding of integrations and ERP systems preferred • Experience with coding using Apex preferred • Active participation in the Salesforce community preferred
