📋 Description

• Order and provision computers and equipment ahead of new-hire start dates • Oversee equipment returns during offboarding • Deactivate accounts when employees are terminated • Scope, track, and close requests from Sales, RevOps, Underwriting, and Marketing • Configure Salesforce Flows, validation rules, formula fields, page layouts, permissions, and object-level design • Govern data fields, perform deduplication, and produce trustworthy reports • Manage deployments through sandboxes, version control, and CI/CD • Maintain integrations between Salesforce and the Cardiff API, Snowflake, Twilio, agent platforms, and lender APIs • Document what is built, why it is built that way, and dependencies • Help move logic from Salesforce into AWS and retire replaced functionality • Automate data cleanup, deployment checks, documentation, request triage, and reporting • Keep Salesforce reliable and well-documented for Sales, RevOps, Underwriting, Marketing, and People

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years administering Salesforce • Experience preferably in fintech, lending, or another high-growth environment • Strong with Flow, validation rules, complex formula fields, and object-level configuration • Experience with complex orgs integrated with APIs, third-party applications, and automation tools • Salesforce Certified Administrator • Deployment discipline using sandboxes, version control, and CI/CD rather than direct production changes • Working understanding of data movement between Salesforce and surrounding systems • Evidence of using AI tooling to accelerate work, with a specific example from the last six months • Scripting proficiency sufficient to work outside the platform, using Python or JavaScript • REST APIs and comfort reading JSON payloads • Apex, SOQL, and LWC are nice to have • Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, or another warehouse is nice to have • Experience decomposing a Salesforce org and moving functionality to services is nice to have • Fundingo or another lending or MCA platform is nice to have • Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certification is a plus • Ability to work independently and communicate proactively • Organized, with visible work tracking, current status, and written decisions • Comfort with fast-changing priorities and operational problems
