📋 Description

• Own the day-to-day administration of Salesforce, including user management, roles/profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, custom objects, page layouts, custom/formula fields, and validation rules • Design, build, and maintain Salesforce Flows and other automation across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success • Partner and knowledge-share with the existing Salesforce administrator, providing guidance and code/configuration review • Manage the Salesforce release lifecycle, including sandbox environments, testing, and safe deployment of changes to production • Own the security model with the security team and audit permissions, sharing rules, and data access • Administer the broader Go-to-Market technology stack and Salesforce integrations, including mass updates, reporting, and troubleshooting • Help define AI strategy within the technology stack and identify process automation opportunities • Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements and implement Salesforce-native solutions • Build and maintain standardized and ad-hoc reports and dashboards; train users on self-service reporting • Monitor data quality and lead deduplication, cleanup, and enrichment initiatives • Evaluate and manage Salesforce integrations with marketing automation, CPQ, and data enrichment tools • Stay current on Salesforce releases and recommend valuable feature adoption • Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must be authorized to work in the US or Canada • Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning environment, ideally a power user • 5+ years experience as Salesforce administrator • Salesforce Administrator Certification required • Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certification strongly preferred • Hands-on expertise building Salesforce Flows and other declarative automation • Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security architecture, and sharing rules • Experience managing sandboxes, change sets, or DevOps tools for release management • Track record of translating business requirements into scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions • Experience with integrations/middleware connecting Salesforce to other platforms • Strong reporting and dashboard-building skills, with the ability to train others • Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to non-technical stakeholders • Self-motivated and comfortable prioritizing multiple concurrent requests in a fast-moving environment • Genuine curiosity about new technologies and a passion for improving system efficiency • Background or interest in clean energy or climate tech preferred
