📋 Description

• Own Salesforce enhancements from start to finish, including building and updating automation, QA/UAT in sandbox environments, change-set deployments, and documentation and communication of changes • Manage and maintain custom objects and fields, Process Builder, validation rules, flows, and other automation features • Create and maintain product rules, product actions, product configuration, and advanced approval rules • Own CPQ troubleshooting and partner with the CPQ team, Sales, and Sales Operations to diagnose and resolve quoting issues • Manage related sales technology connected to Salesforce, such as Gong, and own data movement between systems • Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions with Sales, Sales Operations, and leadership • Manage data imports, deduplication, and database cleanup using Dataloader or Inspector • Train sales team members on relevant tools, processes, and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Salesforce.com Administrator Certification (ADMIN 201) required • 3-5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience; closer to 5 preferred • Experience in technology/SaaS or a high-growth environment strongly preferred • Experience at a smaller or leaner organization requiring hands-on ownership across the platform • Strong Salesforce experience with custom reporting/dashboarding, automation (Process Builder, Flow), object relationships, field types, and security model (roles, profiles, permission sets) • Solid written and verbal communication skills • Comfort working with large datasets using Excel/Google Sheets, SOQL, or reporting tools • Ability to work autonomously and lead Salesforce-related projects and initiatives • Experience with Gong or other revenue intelligence/connected sales tools desired • Experience with Impartner or another partner relationship management platform desired • Advanced Salesforce certifications beyond Administrator desired • Familiarity with relational databases and related concepts desired
