📋 Description

• Administer and develop Salesforce solutions for a federal agency client • Manage Salesforce architecture, security, and environments • Build and maintain Salesforce Flow automations • Use Copado, GitHub, version control, deployment, and metadata management tools and processes • Manage users and troubleshoot Salesforce issues • Create reports and dashboards • Support technical and business stakeholders • Collaborate on Salesforce administration and development activities

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required due to federal regulations and sensitive work • U.S. Citizen/Authorized to Work • Eligible to obtain a Federal Public Trust clearance • Bachelor's degree in a related field • 3–5 years of Salesforce Administration experience • Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, security, and environment management • Salesforce Certified Administrator (Admin I & Admin II) • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow automation • Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado and GitHub • Experience with version control, deployments, and metadata management • Strong skills in user management, security, troubleshooting, reporting, and dashboard creation • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills • Ability to support technical and business stakeholders
