📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end Salesforce project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables • Coordinate with Salesforce administrators, developers, architects, and third-party vendors • Develop and maintain project plans covering resource allocation, budgets, risks, and issue tracking • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives • Manage change requests, impact analysis, and approvals • Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, governance, and security standards • Provide project status updates and executive-level reporting on progress, risks, and dependencies • Drive user adoption through training, change management, and stakeholder communications • Act as the escalation point for project-related issues • Support post-go-live hypercare, triage production defects, and manage enhancement requests through structured release management • Define SaaS and recurring-revenue metrics with Sales Operations, Customer Success, and Finance, and reflect them in system reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field • 10+ years of project management experience • At least 5 years managing Salesforce projects • Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and CPQ • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Experience with JIRA, Asana, or MS Project preferred • Familiarity with Salesforce integration tools such as NetSuite preferred • Exposure to release management and DevOps tools such as Copado preferred • Ability to manage vendor relationships and contracts • Salesforce certifications preferred • Scrum Master or PMP certification is a plus
