📋 Description

• Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service in a fast-casual setting • Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and park dining options • Ensure guest satisfaction through quick, accurate service and a positive attitude • Prepare and assemble sandwiches, burgers, salads, and grab-and-go items • Make coffee and espresso beverages according to recipes and standards • Ensure food quality, consistency, and proper presentation • Follow food safety, sanitation, and handling procedures • Operate the cash register for purchases, returns, and adjustments • Handle cash, credit, and digital payments responsibly • Maintain payment accuracy during high-volume rush periods • Maintain clean and organized workspaces, dining areas, kitchen, and service counter • Restock utensils, condiments, beverages, packaged goods, and supplies • Assist with dishwashing, trash removal, and end-of-day cleaning • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely service • Communicate needs, issues, and guest concerns to supervisors • Contribute to a positive, supportive team culture

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience in food service, cashiering, coffee preparation, or customer service preferred • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Basic math skills and ability to operate a POS system • Ability to follow recipes, safety guidelines, and sanitation standards • Minimum age of 21 preferred due to occasional handling of alcohol or related responsibilities • Ability to live and work in a remote location for the duration of the season • Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. for stocking and prep tasks • Ability to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
