📋 Description

• Provide subject matter expertise in healthcare clinical nutrition, professional practice standards, and regulatory compliance • Support operations in implementing Aramark Healthcare’s clinical nutrition services programs and policies • Participate in onboarding Clinical Nutrition Managers and Directors to clinical nutrition practice and training programs • Develop and deploy programs, standards, policies, and key strategic initiatives • Recommend strategies to maintain compliance with regulatory agency standards, including state, federal, and Joint Commission standards • Manage the CNCR process and Clinical Productivity programs within the assigned region • Maintain communication plans with region leadership regarding site performance against program standards • Establish client relationships with key customers to support clinical nutrition outcomes, client satisfaction, and account retention • Provide clinical expertise to the new business development team as requested • Recommend clinical nutrition policies and programs based on professional practice standards, operational findings, and competitive insights • Work with GM/FLM and District Managers to analyze operating costs and labor, identifying opportunities to reduce costs or improve service outcomes • Build regional bench strength by identifying clinical care staffing and competency needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in dietetics, foods and nutrition, or related area, granted by a U.S. regionally accredited college or university, or foreign equivalent • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) • Certification/licensure as required by state of practice • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in acute care clinical nutrition operations • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience as food service director or comparable leadership position • Experience leading clinical nutrition staff across multiple facilities, within a hospital system, district or region preferred • Strong knowledge of regulatory agency standards including CMS, TJC, DNV, etc. • Ability to travel nationally 50–75% of the time
