• Act as primary HR business partner for multiple districts of Aramark Collegiate Hospitality • Partner with leaders and teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions • Coach and advise leaders on people strategy • Ensure the efficient delivery of HR programs and services • Build and implement organizational effectiveness strategies • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to attract, onboard, develop, and retain talent • Support Aramark growth, acquisitions, and retention efforts • Drive adherence to compliance of policies and procedures • Lead HR teams in assigned districts and regions
• Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience as an HR generalist • Strong organization capability/organization development • Change management and talent management experience • HR technology and analytics experience • HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP) a plus • Requires a Bachelor's degree in HR Development, Labor Relations, OD or related business field; Master’s degree preferred • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale teams in multiple geographies • Proven ability to partner, communicate and consult with senior-level leadership
