📋 Description

• Partner with business leaders to identify, prioritize, and develop business cases for high-impact operational efficiency opportunities. • Build and manage a portfolio of transformation initiatives aligned to strategic business objectives. • Translate business challenges into scalable AI-enabled solutions and agentic workflows. • Lead pilots and implementations, partnering with technology teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes. • Support design and implementation of change management, training, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful adoption. • Support establishment of governance, measure value realization, and shape future service offerings.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in management/operations consulting, technology consulting, agentic transformation, or related fields. • Experience leading complex business or technology transformation initiatives. • Strong business case development, modeling, and stakeholder management skills. • Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving abilities. • Team player driven by business value creation who engages across organizational design, technical architecture, and agentic AI implementation. • Experience with AI, automation, or enterprise technology implementations. • Familiarity with generative AI, LLMs, agentic systems, workflow automation, and knowledge management platforms. • Experience evaluating and implementing SaaS and enterprise technology solutions.
