📋 Description

• Design, develop, and refine prompts for large language models • Develop effective AI interactions through programming and playground utilization • Design, develop, and implement Agentic AI solutions across the agentic solution lifecycle • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business requirements and objectives • Conduct A/B testing of prompt variants and automation solutions • Analyze model behaviors, agentic paths, deviations, and degradations • Stay current with LLM, RAG, prompt engineering, and Agentic AI advancements • Integrate GenAI and AI solutions into business processes, products, and workflows • Create documentation and reusable libraries for internal and external use • Establish observability and monitoring frameworks with the MLOps Engineer and stakeholders • Implement explainability frameworks using Model Context Protocols and SHAP • Recommend improvements for AI acceptable use and ethics in collaboration with Legal and Compliance • Ensure data quality and integrity for GenAI, Agentic AI, and NLP solutions • Follow data security protocols and regulatory requirements • Develop safety filters to prevent biased or harmful responses • Work with IT, product architecture, data engineers, data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, training, and support to junior data team members • Support model and solution observability and governance efforts • Perform other duties assigned by the manager or required by projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Linguistics, or a related field • Minimum of 7 years of experience in NLP, GenAI, LLMs, RAG, data governance, data science, or a related role • Deep understanding of the components and development process of an Agentic AI solution • Advanced programming knowledge, including Python and AI-centric libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras • Working knowledge of Azure AI Foundry and ML Studio • Working knowledge of low code solutions, tool integration, and multi-agent collaboration • Experience mapping and defining business processes and/or workflows for automation • Cloud computing knowledge for deploying and managing AI applications on AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure • Deep understanding of Docker and Kubernetes • Experience combining Tool Use, Reflection, and Planning design patterns • Expertise in generative models such as GANs and VAEs • Ability to design, train, and optimize generative models • Experience in NLP for text generation projects • Working knowledge of text parsing, sentiment analysis, and transformer models such as GPT • Data management knowledge, including preprocessing, augmentation, synthetic data generation, cleaning, and labeling • Proficiency in prompt engineering for generative AI models and experience creating and integrating RAG capabilities • Strong understanding of NLP concepts and techniques • Understanding of Agentic AI frameworks and tools such as CrewAI and Azure AI Foundry • Working knowledge of cloud services including Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud • Experience with AI tools such as MS Azure ML, Databricks AI, Snowflake CortexAI, and Dataiku • Strong knowledge of data governance, data security, and compliance practices • Familiarity with Webfocus and Power BI • Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to lead projects and mentor junior staff • Auto Insurance claims industry experience preferred • Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds • Reliable high-speed internet access and a dedicated workspace
