📋 Description

• Engage with client and subcontractor representatives to co-create opportunities and understand specific needs • Plan, coordinate and manage pursuit activities through completion • Develop winning proposals, shortlist interviews and pursuit closeout activities • Identify pursuit teams and necessary resources • Facilitate proposals by gathering technical, commercial and financial information • Author, review and edit technical proposal elements tailored to client requirements and win strategies • Develop messaging and materials for interviews and presentations • Develop and manage commercial strategies, including margin and profitability considerations • Coordinate with finance and legal teams • Facilitate workshops and submission reviews • Improve pursuit processes, systems and tools • Conduct post-selection client and team debriefs and share lessons learned • Collaborate with Account Leaders on client interactions • Lead pursuit teams in key discussions • Develop and manage pursuit budgets • Maintain CRM and pursuit data in Oracle Sales Cloud and activate Collaboration Hub sites • Ensure commercial excellence across all pursuit stages

🎯 Requirements

• Professional degree in Architecture, Engineering • Minimum 10 years proven track-record managing pursuits within an Industrial Manufacturing sector • Prior experience with private sectors such as automotive, aerospace, chemical, life sciences or general manufacturing tenders • Knowledge of bid delivery models • Ability to influence others at all levels of business and build and maintain professional relationships • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Understanding of commercial strategies (margin, profitability) • Ability to coordinate with finance and legal teams • Ability to work under pressure and meet rigid deadlines • Excellent written and oral presentation skills • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize a busy schedule and workload
