📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for Federal and contractor positions. • Recruit bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates for professional positions. • Build and maintain talent pipelines. • Conduct candidate qualification reviews. • Conduct structured telephone and virtual interviews. • Evaluate candidate technical qualifications. • Assess professional Spanish-language proficiency. • Coordinate interviews with Government hiring managers. • Prepare candidate summaries and recommendations. • Maintain recruiting documentation within Arcetyp's Applicant Tracking System. • Produce weekly recruiting status reports and hiring metrics. • Maintain positive candidate communications throughout the hiring lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional recruiting experience. • Minimum 3 years recruiting bilingual Spanish-speaking professionals. • Experience supporting Federal Government recruiting or Government contractors. • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous recruiting efforts. • Native or professional-level Spanish fluency (preferred). • Experience recruiting within Spanish-language media organizations (preferred). • Knowledge of South Florida media markets (preferred). • Experience recruiting broadcast journalists (preferred). • Experience recruiting television production personnel (preferred). • Experience recruiting radio production personnel (preferred). • Experience recruiting engineering and technical operations personnel (preferred). • Experience supporting GSA Schedule or Federal contracts (preferred). • Experience supporting multiple simultaneous vacancies (20+ preferred).
