📋 Description
• Source, recruit, interview, and recommend placement of internal and external candidates. • Create, edit, and publish employment advertising. • Maintain effective working relationships with client groups. • Collaborate with internal clients on recruitment processes. • Interview and recommend qualified candidates. • Extend offers to candidates and negotiate salaries. • Design and administer screening tools. • Ensure compliance with employment laws and EEO guidelines. • Perform other duties as assigned.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (eight years) work experience. • Minimum of five years of recruiting experience. • Experience managing high volume requisition loads successfully. • Ability to work autonomously and thrive in collaborative environments.
