📋 Description

• Lead all phases of implementation, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and post-go-live support • Elicit and translate business, merchandising, design, and sales processes into functional requirements and map them to VibeIQ capabilities • Configure VibeIQ Plans, Boards, Showcases, workflows, user roles, permissions, data models, and integration points • Collaborate with merchandising, planning, design, and sales stakeholders to understand assortment lifecycle calendars, metrics, and pain points • Provide advisory and consulting services on assortment planning, visual line planning, B2B sales workflows, and adoption strategies • Create training materials, run workshops, and enable end users • Manage data onboarding, data quality, migration, and mappings • Test configurations and integrations and support user acceptance testing • Monitor post-go-live success, track KPIs, collect feedback, support adoption, and optimize configurations • Serve as a subject matter expert in VibeIQ product capabilities • Work with product management and engineering to communicate client feedback and suggest enhancements • Support go-live and hypercare to stabilize post-deployment solutions • Partner with clients and ArcherGrey colleagues to establish VibeIQ implementation best practices and methodologies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Fashion Merchandising, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 8 years or more of prior experience implementing SaaS platforms, depending on level • Experience in retail, fashion, consumer goods, assortment, planning, or merchandising domains • Strong functional knowledge of assortment planning, merchandising, B2B selling, and product design workflows • Strong analytical skills, including understanding business KPIs, process flows, and data models • Experience configuring software platforms, including roles, permissions, and workflows • Familiarity with integrations, APIs, data import/export, testing, and data cleaning/migration • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage stakeholders, lead workshops, and deliver training • Project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations, timelines, and deliverables • Experience with visual line planning or design collaboration tools • Prior exposure to B2B selling platforms or marketplaces • Understanding of fashion/retail seasonal cycles and product assortment lifecycle • Knowledge of data visualization or dashboarding tools • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Strong foundation in FlexPLM business processes • Willingness and motivation to expand into VibeIQ as a modern SaaS platform
