📋 Description

• Lead development of end-to-end data extraction and enrichment capabilities for digital operations across underwriting and claims • Partner with the SVP of AI & Automation and business units to analyze workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and implement business-aligned solutions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish Arch’s Gen AI Center of Excellence • Maintain relationships with senior leaders, provide project updates, and identify automation and optimization opportunities • Lead multidisciplinary teams, including offshore resources, to deliver scalable technology solutions • Define technology requirements that enhance business processes, improve efficiency, and support business optimization • Mentor offshore resources • Drive speed, agility, and competitive advantage through advanced technologies

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of AI engineering experience • 3+ years of data science experience • 8+ years of work experience in data science / AI / automation / engineering • Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills • Comfortable handling ambiguous concepts and breaking down complex problems into manageable pieces • Resilient problem-solving and critical-thinking skills • Ability to communicate effectively to different target audiences • Experience defining technology requirements designed to enhance business processes and business optimization • Flexibility to meet changing requirements and priorities • College degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or equivalent experience • 5+ years of Python development experience preferred • P&C insurance business process analysis, process improvement and automation experience preferred • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams for delivering technology solutions preferred
