📋 Description

• Partner with the SVP of AI & Automation and various business units to analyze workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions aligned with business goals • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help establish Arch’s Gen AI Center of Excellence, ensuring best practices and innovation in AI-driven solutions • Maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, providing updates on existing projects and identifying new opportunities for automation and optimization • Lead multidisciplinary teams, including offshore resources, to deliver scalable and impactful technology solutions • Define technology requirements that enhance business processes, improve efficiency, and support business optimization efforts

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of ai engineering experience • 3+ years of data science experience • 8+ years of work experience in data science / ai / automation / engineering • Exceptional collaboration and relationship building skills • Comfortable handling ambiguous concepts and breaking down complex problems into manageable pieces • Resilient problem solving and critical thinking skills • Ability to communicate effectively to different target audiences • Experience defining technology requirements designed to enhance business processes and business optimization • Flexibility – able to meet changing requirements and priorities
