• Oversee day-to-day operations at construction sites. • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and laborers. • Monitor work progress and quality. • Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations. • Maintain accurate documentation of project progress. • Act as a liaison between project managers, clients, subcontractors. • Identify and resolve problems during construction.
• Proven experience as a Site Superintendent or similar role in commercial construction projects. • Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. • Experience in constructability analysis. • High sense of urgency and adaptability. • In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines. • Strong leadership and managerial skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks. • Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Procore). • Relevant certifications or licenses are advantageous. • Must have a valid passport.
