📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Archy Revenue • Use agentic capabilities to automate insurance claims, payment recording, and bank reconciliation workflows • Drive adoption of Archy Revenue as a paid add-on through upsell motion, positioning, pricing, and packaging • Lead engineering, design, and GTM partners around a shared product plan • Research dental-office revenue cycle management workflows and translate customer pain points into product requirements • Monitor the market landscape and identify competitive opportunities • Partner with GTM teams to roll out and market new capabilities • Establish product analytics and success metrics • Ensure compliance and security for patient data, including HIPAA requirements • Integrate AI capabilities into workflows and product features • Maintain technical documentation and communicate requirements, milestones, and tradeoffs to stakeholders and leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience • 2+ years at a fast-growing startup • Hands-on experience building B2B software for complex, business-critical workflows • Experience building customer-facing AI/ML products, ideally including human-in-the-loop systems • Deep customer empathy and experience learning users' workflows in detail • Proven ability to collaborate and influence across engineering, design, and GTM teams • Technical curiosity and analytical proficiency, with regular use of AI and analytics tools • High adaptability, exceptional communication skills, and a strong bias toward action • Experience growing a paid add-on or upsell product is a plus • Background in dental, insurance, or healthcare billing is a bonus
