📋 Description

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Autodesk's digital consulting platform • Translate customer needs, market signals, and consultant feedback into a prioritized product backlog • Evaluate implementation knowledge for productization with the Content & Knowledge team • Define how fixed-scope consulting services are packaged, priced, discovered, and delivered through the platform • Align platform strategy with Autodesk product roadmaps • Maintain relationships with customers and design partners to validate product direction • Build feedback loops between field teams and the product team with GTM and consulting delivery leadership • Monitor competitive and industry trends in professional services, consulting technology, and AI-enabled implementation support • Define success metrics for platform adoption, usage, and customer outcomes • Lead and grow product managers across platform capabilities, industry solutions, tools, and services • Establish product management discipline, including discovery, prioritization, stakeholder communication, and go-to-market coordination • Partner with Architecture and Engineering on technical feasibility and iterative delivery • Provide executive reporting on product performance, adoption trends, and strategic recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management with progressive responsibility, including managing product managers • 4+ years leading product teams, with demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and retain strong product talent • Experience building digital and AI-enabled products or platforms from early stage, including strategy definition, market launch, and customer-feedback iteration • Experience defining product models combining digital tools and human-delivered services, such as service catalogs, marketplaces, or hybrid models • Strong business acumen connecting product decisions to revenue models, customer value, and organizational strategy • Experience working with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams in an integrated product development process • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • Ideal: experience in professional services, consulting technology, knowledge platforms, or services-to-product transformations • Ideal: startup and new value creation experience in 0-to-1 and 1-to-100 scaling • Familiarity with AECO, manufacturing, or media and entertainment industries • Perspective on AI's impact on professional services delivery and product strategy
