📋 Description

• Own design priorities across the organization • Manage concurrent deadlines across marketing, product, leadership, and vendors • Proactively identify design needs and propose solutions • Balance speed, quality, and consistency in a fast-changing startup environment • Implement ArcQubit’s visual identity across all touchpoints • Develop and maintain design systems and asset libraries • Ensure visual consistency across marketing, product, and internal communications • Create scalable templates and frameworks • Design digital ads, social media graphics, email templates, landing pages, and event materials • Create blog graphics, infographics, and report covers • Collaborate with marketing on integrated campaigns • Serve as primary design contact for vendors, agencies, and contractors • Review, refine, and approve external creative • Provide direction, feedback, and assets to external partners • Transform complex data, workflows, and technical concepts into intuitive visual explanations • Design diagrams, charts, and illustrations explaining quantum readiness and cryptographic risk • Create visual frameworks for sales enablement and customer education • Partner with engineering and product teams on UI/UX needs • Contribute to product interface design, iconography, and in-app visual elements • Ensure consistency between marketing materials and product experience • Design pitch decks, investor presentations, executive communications, webinar visuals, conference materials, speaking-engagement visuals, and internal presentations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in B2B technology, SaaS, or startup environments • Strong portfolio demonstrating design work across multiple tactics, marketing collateral, and data visualization • Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) • Experience creating designs for digital channels including web, social, video, and email • Basic video editing skills • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication skills and ability to present and defend design decisions • Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout • Strong attention to detail and comfort working within established systems and processes • Ability to create and maintain organized design files, documentation, and version control • Experience managing creative intake and prioritization in fast-moving environments • Experience designing for technical or enterprise audiences • Familiarity with motion graphics or animation tools (After Effects or similar) • Background in UI/UX design • Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics for collaboration with developers • Authorization to work in the United States is requested in the application • Application asks whether visa sponsorship will be required
