📋 Description

• Design responsive pages for Databento's marketing website, focusing on usability, visual hierarchy, and conversion • Develop creative concepts and visual assets for product launches, campaigns, blog posts, and social media • Create event signage, promotional materials, and other digital and print collateral • Turn complex financial and technical concepts into illustrations, diagrams, and infographics • Extend Databento's visual identity across channels by developing reusable templates and exploring creative directions • Own design projects from initial brief to final delivery, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors

🎯 Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual craft in typography, layout, composition, color, and hierarchy • Typically 3+ years of experience in visual, marketing, or brand design; portfolio weighted more heavily than years of experience • Experience designing responsive web pages for desktop and mobile • Understanding of web UX principles • Experience designing across digital and print formats • Experience extending and evolving design systems • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud • Ability to navigate ambiguity, communicate design decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
