📋 Description

• Develop deep expertise in assigned customer verticals, including workflows, pain points, and business objectives • Conduct customer interviews, usability testing, and market research to identify product innovation opportunities • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to gather feedback and validate product direction • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging customer needs • Define and own product strategy and roadmap for assigned verticals • Balance customer needs, technical constraints, and business priorities in product decisions • Develop business cases and prioritize initiatives based on customer impact and company goals • Communicate product vision and rationale to organizational stakeholders • Partner with Engineering and Design throughout the product development lifecycle • Write product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Lead products from discovery through launch while ensuring high-quality execution • Analyze product performance and customer feedback to continuously improve the experience

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS • Experience owning products from discovery through launch • Strong customer discovery and product research skills • Experience translating customer problems into product solutions • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills • Experience working with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success • Strong analytical and prioritization skills
