📋 Description

• Lead discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops to gather security, compliance, business, and technical requirements • Design automation solutions and integrations using REST APIs and SFTP bridges • Support data ingestion, transfer, and sharing workflows with encryption, access controls, logging, and audit visibility • Configure and deploy Kiteworks automation components in validation/test environments • Conduct controlled change validation and promote configurations to production • Implement approved workflows, including data pulls, API endpoints, and data transformations • Implement secure email delivery integrations • Provide regulatory, validation, risk, and compliance documentation aligned with GxP, SOX, CIS, and related frameworks • Collaborate with the PMO to define architecture, identity/access, infrastructure constraints, and prioritized use cases • Estimate effort, track hours, and escalate dependencies • Coordinate go-live activities and post-deployment stabilization • Support issue reviews and migration governance • Transfer knowledge and hand off operations to internal teams • Observe required working hours, site/network restrictions, and security/privacy requirements • Complete background checks • Deliver documentation and all project materials in English at project close • Comply with project payment terms

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced in architecture, design, and implementation of Kiteworks secure data exchange automation • Hands-on configuration of Kiteworks workflows for SFTP/API bridges, file transfer operations, and REST API integrations • Experience with secure email-based file delivery using TLS • Experience integrating cloud object storage, including Azure Blob and AWS S3 • Knowledge of identity and access design for automation, including folder permissions, roles, authentication, and encryption • Experience in regulated environments: GxP, HIPAA, GDPR, and SOX • Experience producing validation-aligned documentation (CSV) • Experience with validation templates, Risk/Security Assessment, Operational Qualification, and IQ/OQ packages for Kiteworks • Knowledge of managed file transfer (MFT) and secure file-sharing best practices • Ability to configure and test Kiteworks in a non-production environment and promote it to production with regression testing • Excellent documentation and change-control skills • Experience working with Compliance and Audit teams • Strong project management across ServiceIQ phases • Ability to develop validation and security documentation without audit sign-off authority • Must work under Arctiq’s terms and conditions and assume responsibility only for explicitly described deliverables • Must be legally authorized to work in the country where they reside • Arctiq does not sponsor work visas
