📋 Description

• Examine and verify titles • Examine title reports from outside abstractors • Create and understand title commitments and other title deliverables • Prioritize daily work to meet client SLAs for assigned title-process metrics • Assist in processing files with a high degree of quality • Order search products and tax certifications • Review and interpret reports and queues to manage workload • Validate information against source documents and data • Compare returned data and documents with search requirements and manually obtain missing elements • Confirm, corroborate, remove unnecessary data, or combine data from multiple sources • Manually rekey errors • Handle rush requests and communicate order status with other company departments • Maintain detailed accounts of tasks, files, and progress • File information into spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems • Check completed work for errors or duplicate information before submitting the final product • Audit reports and data sheets • Cross-train and support other departments as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Strong familiarity with data entry • Knowledge or strong interest in title escrow • Demonstrated typing accuracy • Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize needs, and expedite tasks upon request • 1+ years of related experience • Experience utilizing ResWare or similar title software preferred • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills • Ability to produce at high volume and work under pressure and tight deadlines • Ability to sit for long periods each day • Ability to operate office machinery such as computer, phone, copier, and printer • Ability to communicate orally • Required vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
