📋 Description

• Analyze title insurance risks, underwriting issues, and regulatory concerns • Provide underwriting solutions to agents, sales team, and title examiners in accordance with Westcor company guidelines as well as local, state and federal law • Handle residential as well as limited commercial transactions underwriting • Present training seminars to educate title agents and production staff (both online and in person) • Provide outstanding customer service while making sound underwriting decisions • Handle a high volume of underwriting inquiries via email and telephone in a timely, responsive, and professional manner • Analyze and respond to indemnity requests • Travel with sales staff for agent visits throughout the state

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree • Minimum 3 years of experience concentrated in real property and title insurance. • Must be a member in good standing with the Colorado Bar • Thorough knowledge of AZ, CO, NV, MT, UT and WY real property law and related areas as applicable to real property transactions
