📋 Description

• Provide real-time answers and guidance to frontline advisors through Slack, Teams/Gchat, phone, and email • Research and resolve complex customer concerns and process questions • Handle or assist with escalated customer support cases • Provide clear guidance on processes and policies • Broadcast process updates, recurring-issue fixes, and best practices • Empower advisors to deliver accurate, efficient, and consistent support • Foster engagement and build team morale across support channels • Identify solutions that keep escalations to an absolute minimum

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in customer service, healthcare advocacy, or BPO operations • Empathy and ability to form quick bonds with clients, including upset or stressed clients • Ability to learn and use computers, CRM systems such as Salesforce or Zendesk, and digital communication tools • Interest in understanding processes and suggesting improvements • Reliability, discipline in a remote environment, and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment • Passion for healthy living and helping people navigate the healthcare system • Ability to work full-time, including evenings and weekends • High school diploma or equivalent • High-speed, stable internet connection • Router capable of a wired connection • Internet speeds of 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload • Dedicated, distraction-free home office space • Must be based in Douglas, Josephine, Jackson, or Coos Counties in Oregon
