📋 Description

• Lead mid to large size and complex consulting projects simultaneously • Lead Oracle SaaS requirements workshops, solution architecture, and design discussions • Consult with clients on cost-effective Oracle Cloud application solutions • Lead implementation teams in creating overall technical and functional Enterprise Cloud solutions • Design PaaS extensions, write specifications, and integrate custom applications with Oracle Cloud Applications • Analyze current systems and data to identify requirements and needed enhancements • Lead, mentor, train, and guide Oracle Cloud applications teams • Map enterprise requirements to multiple Oracle SaaS applications • Resolve product implementation and integration obstacles using creative approaches • Develop and implement long-term client strategies • Act as primary client contact and communicate project progress, challenges, and changes • Engage stakeholders in estimation and assess strategic business-change impacts • Support business partners in presenting solution value to key stakeholders • Collaborate with third-party vendors and suppliers and negotiate contracts • Present business cases and quantify proposed solution benefits • Monitor implemented-solution performance and recommend updates, upgrades, or modifications

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Engineering • Minimum 10 years of experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant • 3+ years of experience in solution design for Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management implementations • Expert experience implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud PPM projects and upgrades • Experience with Oracle PaaS, including Integration Cloud Service and Database Cloud Service • Knowledge and experience with Web Services, SOAP, and REST • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, fit-gap analysis, business process design, conference room pilots, functional configuration, and PPM solution testing • Experience working with cross-border and diverse teams and projects • Expert experience with Project Execution Management, Project Billing, Costing, Resource Management, Contracts, Grants Management, and Project Performance Management • Expert experience with one or more of Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle Project Portfolio Management Cloud, Oracle Supply Chain Management Cloud, or Oracle Manufacturing Cloud • Experience with Oracle Primavera Cloud, Primavera Unifier, and Oracle Textura Payment Management is a plus • Proven experience guiding clients through business process improvements • Ability to analyze industry processes and complex project requirements and develop end-to-end solutions and functional designs • Experience in project-intensive industries is highly desired • Strong interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills • Willingness to travel as needed • Similar professional-services consulting experience or strategic-level industry experience is required • Previous experience working in IT companies • In-depth knowledge of relevant technologies and systems • Proficient in written and verbal English communication • Exceptional complex project management skills • Thought leadership and industry expertise • Business development and client acquisition skills • Mentorship and coaching capabilities • Strategic vision and executive presence
