📋 Description

• Lead current-state process discovery through workshops, stakeholder interviews, and documentation review • Map end-to-end business processes using process mapping and mining tools, identifying pain points and improvement opportunities • Benchmark client processes against industry best practices and reference frameworks • Develop data-driven analyses and projected outcomes for client decision-making • Design future-state business processes aligned with client strategy, operating model, and technology roadmap • Develop process improvement business cases with quantified impact estimates, effort sizing, and prioritization frameworks • Facilitate cross-functional stakeholder workshops to validate findings and co-design solutions • Produce process maps, SOPs, RACI frameworks, and governance models • Structure ambiguous client problems and define paths to resolution • Develop action plans and recommendations based on research, data analysis, and industry knowledge • Produce presentations, assessments, and roadmaps for executive and working-team audiences • Collaborate across technology implementation, OCM, and PMO workstreams • Follow Argano's delivery methodology and incorporate lessons learned • Build client relationships and identify expansion opportunities • Contribute process expertise and client insight to proposals and business development • Travel up to 50% to client sites

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; business, economics, finance, engineering, or operations management preferred • 5+ years of experience in business process consulting, operational improvement, or management consulting • Demonstrated ability to lead process assessments, redesign initiatives, and operating model engagements from discovery through implementation • Deep proficiency in end-to-end business processes in at least one domain: Supply Chain, Finance & Record-to-Report, Procurement, HR & Workforce Management, or Sales & Order Management • Experience facilitating workshops with cross-functional and senior stakeholder groups • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Alteryx, Python, SQL, Tableau, or equivalent) • Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, develop hypotheses, and communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or equivalent preferred • Experience with process mapping and mining tools such as Signavio, Celonis, Visio, or Lucidchart preferred • Experience supporting or working alongside ERP or enterprise technology implementations preferred • Knowledge of process reference frameworks such as APQC PCF or SCOR preferred • Experience developing business cases with quantified ROI and value-at-stake analysis preferred
