📋 Description

• Design, build, test, and deploy Workday integrations based on client requirements • Develop and configure EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, and Workday Web Services integrations • Participate in requirements gathering, integration design sessions, testing, and production deployments • Create technical documentation including integration specifications, mappings, and support documentation • Collaborate with Workday functional consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Workday integrations • Monitor integration schedules, troubleshoot errors, and perform root cause analysis • Resolve production issues and implement integration enhancements • Support Workday quarterly releases, regression testing, and integration validations • Manage and track client requests using ticketing systems such as Jira • Support Workday implementation projects and Application Management Services engagements

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of Workday Integration experience • Experience supporting Workday implementations and/or AMS engagements • Strong experience with EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Workday Web Services • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, functional teams, and business stakeholders • Strong technical integration background • Ability to independently manage tickets, priorities, and client expectations • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions • Experience with Workday HCM and Financials integrations preferred • Experience integrating Workday with third-party systems such as payroll providers, benefits platforms, finance systems, and external applications • Experience working with Jira or similar ticket management/project tracking tools • Consulting or customer-facing experience preferred
