📋 Description

• Own Aria InsurTech’s software platform end to end, from idea through launch and post-launch improvement • Talk to agents, sales, and operations to identify missing, confusing, or broken functionality • Prioritize the product roadmap with leadership • Write clear instructions and mockups for developers • Manage developers’ day-to-day work, assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure on-time delivery • Test every change before release • Collaborate with marketing and sales on launches and agent enablement • Maintain platform speed, security, and reliability • Ensure company control of its code, accounts, and data • Track platform usage and report results to leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years managing a team • Experience owning a software product from first idea through launch and ongoing improvement • Technical understanding sufficient to plan software with developers without writing code • Ability to set clear product priorities and explain decisions in plain language • Ability to turn customer feedback and usage data into product decisions • Experience working in a fast-moving company and creating structure where none existed • Skilled with AI tools and project management tools such as Monday.com • Nice to have: fluent English and Spanish, spoken and written • Authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada without sponsorship
