📋 Description

• Own Aria InsurTech’s software platform end to end, from initial idea through launch and post-launch improvement • Talk to agents, sales, and operations to identify missing, confusing, or broken functionality • Prioritize the product roadmap with the leadership team • Write clear instructions and mockups for developers • Manage developers’ day-to-day work, including task assignment, progress checks, and delivery timelines • Test every change before release • Collaborate with marketing and sales on launches and adoption of new products and offers • Maintain platform speed, security, reliability, and company control of code, accounts, and data • Track platform usage and report results to leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years managing a team • Experience owning a software product from first idea through launch and continued improvement • Technical understanding of software development sufficient to plan with developers without writing code • Ability to prioritize what to build, explain decisions plainly, and reject lower-priority work • Ability to turn customer feedback and usage data into product decisions • Experience working in a fast-moving company and creating structure where none existed • Skilled with AI tools • Skilled with project management tools such as Monday.com • Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish preferred
