📋 Description

• Gather, document, and validate business requirements and workflows • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement • Create and maintain requirements documents, process flows, and user stories • Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Managers, Systems Analysts, Quality Analysts, and Software Engineers to design and implement solutions • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities • Validate system enhancements, integrations, reports, and data conversions • Document and track defects, issues, and testing results • Assist with implementation planning, deployment validation, and post-production support • Analyze data and assist with reporting, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis • Support project documentation, status tracking, and stakeholder communication • Develop subject matter expertise in company systems, workflows, and business processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or related field preferred • 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, quality assurance, or a related role • Experience gathering requirements, documenting workflows, and supporting business process improvements • Experience developing and executing test cases and user acceptance testing • Experience supporting healthcare operations, EMR systems, healthcare technology, Salesforce, reporting tools, or system integrations preferred • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment • Customer-service mindset and commitment to delivering quality solutions • Ability to learn new applications and/or functionality quickly • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) • Familiarity with Asana, SQL, data analysis, or reporting tools is a plus • Ability to handle sensitive and protected business information with appropriate confidentiality
