MCW also supplies performance parts, custom exhausts, vehicle covering (wraps) and detailing, and helps customers find and source vehicles to match their preferences.

📋 Description

• Assist with gathering business needs and designing low- to moderately complex project solutions with business and technical teams • Improve processes that leverage technology for efficiency, accuracy, and customer orientation • Gather business requirements and translate customer needs in a systems environment • Troubleshoot end-user problems and communicate solutions • Develop benchmarks, definitions, and metrics for strategic and operational reporting needs • Ensure data integrity of the integrated system • Collaborate with IT professionals to evaluate existing and feasible new solutions • Provide solutions for internal and external system issues, problems, and enhancements • Lead low- to moderate-complexity projects under general direction • Resolve system issues with business teams and IT technical staff • Create, coordinate, and conduct staff and user training sessions • Coordinate and conduct User Acceptance Testing with the Quality Assurance Team and end users • Help define methodologies, processes, and best practices around business analysis • Contribute to continuous improvement • Adhere to Project Management and IT methodology processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • Minimum 2 years of experience • Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis • Knowledge of computers, electronics, digital media, databases, applications, software development, risk management, and information security • Customer support, systems analysis, troubleshooting, problem solving, and listening skills • Ability to occasionally lift moderate-weight materials • Ability to stand or walk continuously • Ability to detect and translate speech or other communication • May occasionally require ability to distinguish colors and perceive relative distances between objects
