📋 Description

• Establish systems analyses methodology and documentation standards, providing guidance to lower level staff • Lead cross-functional teams to address business or systems issues • Analyze, refine, and document complex system user requirements, including functional objectives, data sources and availability, report requirements, and cross-system integration requirements • Provide consultation to users regarding automated systems • Support mid-to-large-scale projects with development/implementation timelines typically exceeding six months • Convert program cost, staffing, performance, and financial-control data into actionable management information

🎯 Requirements

• Typically has a Bachelors degree, and 6 - 8 years of experience, or equivalent relevant work experience; each year of work experience may be substituted for each year of education required • Must have Secret clearance to start • Required certification: PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), or Project Management Professional (PMP) • Maintains program cost, staffing, performance, and financial-control data • Supports forecasting, variance analysis, reporting, and business-process analysis
