📋 Description
• work with internal information customers and external vendors to research, request pricing, prepare and review bids/pricing • analyze, evaluate, refine and improve purchasing processes • manage strategic supplier relationships • develop metrics to measure performance, efficiency and cost savings related to the procurement process
🎯 Requirements
• BA or BS degree • 5 years’ experience in purchasing required • experience working with automated purchasing systems • entire procurement and asset management life cycle experience preferred • significant process improvement experience
