📋 Description

• Perform all levels of BIM production and coordination activities • Create Architectural, Mechanical HVAC, DWV, Mechanical Pipe, Plumbing, Process Pipe, and/or Electrical BIMs • Lead BIM coordination meetings and apply a strong understanding of construction principles • Support rooms for trades in interstitial spaces • Collaborate with other disciplines and provide subject matter leadership to delivery teams when needed • Aid in creating Revit families as needed • Assist with estimation and scoping of new project opportunities • Complete weekly accounting of time through digital timesheets • Maintain approximately 85%-95% billable hours and 5%-15% overhead hours • Perform all other assigned duties; duties and assignments may change

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced skills in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM360 Docs and Design capabilities • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, OneNote, and Outlook • Strong skillset in Bluebeam solutions • Experience and understanding of production, design, and construction environments • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills • Superior organizational and time management skills • Ability to multitask across several projects • Ability to adhere to high business ethics and quality standards • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team atmosphere • Willingness and flexibility to take on additional duties and responsibilities as required
