📋 Description

• Perform all levels of BIM production and coordination activities • Model and coordinate various trades and create BIM content • Create Architectural, Mechanical HVAC, DWV, Mechanical Pipe, Plumbing, Process Pipe, and/or Electrical BIMs • Lead BIM coordination meetings and demonstrate strong understanding of construction principles • Support room for trades in the interstitial space • Collaborate with other disciplines and provide subject matter leadership to delivery teams when needed • Aid in creating Revit families as needed • Assist with estimation and scoping of new project opportunities • Complete weekly accounting of time through digital timesheets • Maintain typical allocation targets of 85%–95% billable hours and 5%–15% overhead hours • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced skills in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM360 Docs and Design capabilities • Effectively utilize Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, OneNote, and Outlook • Strong skillset in Bluebeam solutions • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills • Proactive attitude and strong self-motivational attributes • Sense of pride and adherence to high standards and quality • Ability to thrive in a team atmosphere • Superior organizational and time management skills • Ability to multitask several projects simultaneously • Adherence to business ethics • Experience and understanding of production, design, and construction environments • Willingness and flexibility to take on other duties and responsibilities as required
